AFTERNOON KENNEL ATTENDANT
This position involves working in the afternoons and on the weekends, duties include caring for boarding animals, and general hospital cleaning tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail and self-motivated individual.  No Kennel Attendant Positions Available at this time

RECEPTIONIST (please include a hand-written letter of interest, an application and resume)
Receptionists must be able to multi-task, work well independently, and have excellent people skills. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, welcoming new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of electronic and written medical records, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation and data entry, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance. We prefer to hire receptionists with Veterinary (or other medical) experience, but will train the right person. We require that all our employees be flexible with regard to scheduling.  No Receptionist Positions Available at this time

CERTIFIED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN (please include a letter of interest, an application and resume)
CVTs have become certified by the State of Wisconsin in Veterinary Technology. CVTs are responsible for assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, anesthesia induction and monitoring, radiology, client communication, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, assisting in surgery and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs. We look for employees who work well independently, but enjoy being part of a team. We require that all our employees be flexible with regard to scheduling.  No CVT Positions Available at this time

VETERINARY ASSISTANT (please include a letter of interest, an application and resume)
Veterinary Assistants are not required to be certified, but we generally require previous veterinary experience or a college degree. Their duties are similar to those of a CVT, but are more limited. Veterinary Assistants assist doctors and CVT's in all areas of the hospital. Assistants are also responsible to morning animal care, bathing animals, some receptionist duties, hospital maintenance and cleaning. We look for candidates who work well with others, but enjoy being part of a team. It is important that Veterinary Assistants be able to work well independently. We require that all our employees be flexible with regard to scheduling.  No Veterinary Assistant Positions Available at this time
